Said property will be sold subject to any lien, mortgages, or any other encumbrances, with Judgment Creditor (Helen Wos) in the above title action not requiring the winning bidder to satisfy this judgment in full. Said property will be sold at public auction on April 21, 2008, at 1:00  O’clock in the afternoon, at the front entrance to the Albany County Courthouse, 16 Eagle Street which is located in the City of Albany, County of Albany, State of New York.
